On February 18th, we held a Young Adult Workshop facilitated by the Reverend Joseph Ford of Houston’s Brentwood Baptist Church. First, Reverend Ford guided the Young Adult Council members through an almost three hour planning session, where the Council worked on the future direction of the Young Adult ministry. Later, the Council members were joined by members of the Young Adult Ministry for a frank discussion of their thoughts on the direction of the ministry. Unfortunately, we ran out of time, but hopefully we will be able to build upon the work we started with Reverend Ford.
We’d like to thank Reverend Ford for coming to David Chapel and facilitating such a great workshop. We’d also like to give a special shout out to all of the young adults who took time from their busy schedules to attend the Workshop.
