- The Sunday School Theme for month of Oct 18th- Nov 22nd is Game Changer: How to Impact Your World. Next Sunday’s lesson is: Develop Conviction. The scripture passage is Daniel 1:3-5, 8-13, 17-19. Please join us in Study at 9:15 a.m.
- Mission II will meet on Monday, October 12th, at 6 pm in rooms 4ABC.
- The DC Annual Community Fall Festival is soon approaching us. It’s Saturday, October 31st from 6pm-8:30 PM. This community event offers games, music, food and lots of candy. Its success depends on you. All members are asked to bring candy (no chocolate, please!) See your ministry leader to see what items you are requested to donate. Barrels to collect the candy will be placed in the fellowship hall starting today until the day of the event.
- The Music Worship and Fine Art Ministry presents “Black Nativity” on Saturday, Dec 18th at 1:30 pm and 7 pm. At the Don T. Haynes Theater at LBJ High School. Make plans to attend this annual production that showcases outstanding actors and singer from across the Austin area. Tickets are five dollars and will be available in the Fellowship Hall starting Sunday, Oct 18th after morning Worship.
