- You’re invited to attend Sunday school at 9:15 am. Next Sunday’s lesson is “Live Humbly” The scripture passage is Daniel 4:28-35.
- Ministry leaders the deadline for 2016 Budgets and Ministry Plans to be submitted to Pastor Parker is November 4th.
- Mission 1 will hold its regularly meeting on November 2nd at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Please join us as we continue our study from “A Woman’s Right to Rest”. Lesson 7 entitled “The Rest of Contentment.
- All married couples and families please sign up in the Fellowship Hall after morning service for our Family Affair on Saturday, November 21st at 2:30 PM at DC.
- The IAm ministry is looking for volunteers especially parents, who would be interested in working with this ministry. You may sign up today and each Sunday through Nov 15th in the Fellowship Hall after morning worship.
- If you are willing to make David Chapel’s image as a “church with a heart for the community” a reality, please sign up as a volunteer for the Cold Weather Shelter Ministry in the fellowship hall today. - The Music Worship and Fine Art Ministry presents “Black Nativity” on Saturday, Dec 19th at 1:30 pm and 7 pm. At the Don T. Haynes Theater at LBJ High School. Make plans to attend this annual production that showcases outstanding actors and singer from across the Austin area. Tickets are five dollars and will be available in the Fellowship Hall starting today after morning Worship.

- Veterans Day is November 11th, DC would like to recognize those who have served with honors and bravery in the military service. If you have not submitted a military picture or your service bio, please see Sis. Rosie McCall no later than November 2nd. The exhibit will be displayed the week of Nov 8th- Nov 13th. - David Chapel members, please join Pastor Parker as he preaches the 1st Pastoral Appreciation Celebration service for Rev. Cedric Mitchell as Pastor of Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church in Bastrop, Texas, on Sunday, November15, at 3:30 pm. DC Men’s Chorus and ushers are being asked to serve.
