- You’re invited to attend Sunday school at 9:15 am. Next Sunday’s lesson is “Confront Sin” The scripture passage is Daniel 6:17-28.
- All married couples and your families: It’s going to be a” Family Affair” you are invited to our ‘Let’s get to know each other fellowship” on Saturday, November 21st from 2:30- 4:30 pm, in the Fellowship Hall. If you plan to attend please sign up in the Fellowship Hall after morning worship today. Or RSVP by Wednesday, November 18th.
- The IAm ministry is looking for volunteers especially parents, who would be interested in working with this ministry. You may sign up today and each Sunday through Nov 15th in the Fellowship Hall after morning worship.
- The Music Worship and Fine Art Ministry presents “Black Nativity” on Saturday, Dec 19th at 1:30 pm and 7 pm. At the Don T. Haynes Theater at LBJ High School. Make plans to attend this annual production that showcases outstanding actors and singer from across the Austin area. Tickets are five dollars and will be available in the Fellowship Hall starting today after morning Worship.
- Veterans Day is November 11th; DC would like to recognize those who have served with honors and bravery in the military service. The exhibit will be displayed the week of Nov 8th- Nov 13th. If you have any questions please contact Sis.Rosie McCall or Damaris Brown.
- Calling all DC Divas to attend our upcoming “DIVAS Christmas Bash” on December 4th from 6:00 pm-9 pm. Location TBD. Come out and enjoy a night of good food, fun and fellowship. There will be a representative in the fellowship hall after morning worship each Sunday until November 29th to sign up.
- David Chapel members, please join Pastor Parker as he preaches the 1st Pastoral Appreciation Celebration service for Rev. Cedric Mitchell as Pastor of Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church in Bastrop, Texas, on Sunday, November 15, at 3:30 pm. DC Men’s Chorus and ushers are being asked to serve.
