- The next Sunday school lesson for June 17th is: “Why Can’t We Fix It?” (Deuteronomy 5:32-33; Galatians 3:10-12, 19a, 24-25). David Chapel members and guests are invited to join us for study at 9:15 am.
- Members and guests, please join us for Bible study series with Pastor Parker, Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 7:00 pm. All are welcome.
- All men are invited to join in the Men’s Ministry breakfast, Saturday, June 23, at 9:00 am. For more information, please contact Deacon Nick Gibson.
- DC Women’s ministry collaborative “fan drive” goes through June 30th. Purchase a fan & bring it the church or donate increments of $15 to Jakki Dozier. Donations are tax deductible.
- The iAM ministry will celebrate their annual weekend July 6th-8th. A banquet has been planned for Saturday, July 8th and tickets are available for a cost of $10 per person. For more information, please visit the table in the fellowship hall after worship.
- The senior adult and women’s ministries have partnered together for a community service project, at the Central Texas Food Bank. Sign-up available in the fellowship hall following worship.
- The women’s ministry has begun taking registration for the “Desperate for Jesus Conference.” For more information stop by the table in the fellowship hall.
- David Chapel members, “A DC Website Ministry is being established and skilled volunteers are needed. Primary responsibilities will include keeping the website updated. A table for persons to sign-up will be in the fellowship and/or you can provide your name and contact information to Diana Michael-Sonko in the church office at dmichael@davidchapel.org. Thank you for your interest and willingness to serve in this capacity.”
- Attention all men of David Chapel, please join the men’s ministry for the 2018 Juneteenth parade scheduled for June 16. For this community effort, each man is being asked to bring five cases of bottled water to the church before June 15. For more information, please contact Deacons Nick Gibson and Robert Emerson or Brother Michael Tolliver.
- DC Members, please be mindful of the previously scheduled Family Enrichment Weekend, has been postponed.
