- The Sunday school lesson for July 1st is: “What Should We Do Now?” (Acts 2:37-47). Join us for study at 9:15 am.
- Pastor Parker and David Chapel members, Sis. Mary White and family sent a card with their expressions of thanks for your prayers, visits, calls, and support shown to them during their time of bereavement.
- Please join us for the next installment of the Bible study with Pastor Parker, Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 7:00 pm. The next mid-week study lesson will be “Grace Granted/Church Planted.” All are welcome.
- DC Women’s ministry collaborative “fan drive” ends Saturday, June 30th. You may purchase a fan & bring it the church or donate increments of $15 to Jakki Dozier. Donations are tax deductible.
- The Evangelism Ministry hosts a follow-up to the 4(by)Four training from last December. All Deacons, Associate Ministers and Ministry leaders are invited to attend. The 4X4 training will be held Saturday, June 30, 2018, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, in the fellowship hall. Please see host leaders, Reverends Pellette, Evans, and Tapscott for more information.
- The iAM ministry will celebrate their annual weekend July 6th-8th. Plans have been made and your participation is being requested. Activities includes: Dinner at church, Peter Pan Putt Putt golf, and a Lock-in for Friday, July 6th, (there is no cost/SIGN-UP is required), a banquet to be held Saturday, July 8th, tickets are available for $10 per person. For more information, please visit the table in the fellowship hall after worship.
- The senior adult and women’s ministries have partnered together for a community service project, at the Central Texas Food Bank scheduled for July 14th. Sign-up available in the fellowship hall following worship.
- Ladies, if you plan to attend the “Desperate for Jesus Conference,” today is the last day to register. This dynamic women’s conference will be held July 27th thru July 28th. For more information stop by the table in the fellowship hall.
- Pastor Parker and David Chapel members welcome a new addition to our church family, Bro. Timothy A. Jones.
