David Chapel’s Health & Wellness Ministry in partnership with Austin Public Health presents “Healthy Living; Learn how to manage type 2 diabetes,” with topics to include healthy eating, active living and controlling stress.
Classes are held 11am to 12:30pm every Saturday from August 18th through September 22nd. Here are the topics for each session.
