  1. The Sunday school lesson for December 9th is: “Joseph’s Obedience” (Matthew 1:18-25).  Join us for study at 9:15 am.
  2. Happy December Birthday to the following Senior Adults: Emil Hyman December 3rd, Alex Brown December 5th, Lorena Griffin December 6th, Carolyn Harvey December 8th, Bernice Miller December 9th, B. Shirley Easley December 11th, Marietta Noel and Pauline Starnes December 17th, Cecil Reed December 18th, Nicholas Gibson December 20th, Ora McCormick December 22nd, Rosie McCall December 26th, and Jewel Moore December 28th
  3. Attention David Chapel parents and students, please attend the meeting immediately following worship in the sanctuary.
  4. Mission One will hold their final meeting for the year, Monday, December 3rd at 3:00 pm., in the fellowship hall. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.
  5. The next study of the  book “Pathway to Purpose for Women” is December 4th, at 11 am and 7 pm. Join us for us Wednesday Night Worship on December 5th and Prayer service only on December 12th.
  6. Attention all Church leaders: There’s a Church Advisory Council meeting on Tuesday, December 4th at 6:30 in the fellowship hall.
  7. Join the Music Worship and Fine Arts Ministries as we celebrate the Christmas season with song and dance ,at the Domain in front of the iPic Theater, on Friday, December 7th from 7-8 pm. Come out and invite others to attend. For more information, please see Kevin Overton-Hadnot.
  8. The Austin City Council runoff election will be Tuesday, December 11th.  Early voting has started and continues through December 7th. Don’t forget to vote!
  9. The “Word For You Today” devotionals are available for pick up today and next Sunday after worship. The devotionals are available on the table in foyer.
