  1. David Chapel has established a Prayer Trail and Memorial Prayer Garden on church properties on Springdale Rd. If you are interested is seeing them, please plan to proceed to the Prayer Garden at 4613 Springdale Road immediately following worship today. Access to the grounds will be available until 2:00 p.m. and remember also that no comfort facilities are available. We look forward to seeing you at the prayer garden!
  2. Attention members, if you are interested in volunteering for the Lois M. Upton “Cold Weather Shelter” please Bro. Charles Walker in the fellowship hall after worship.
  3. Beginning in February all David Chapel members and guests are welcome to participate in a Disciple Group referred to as “D-Group”. See a Men’s or Women’s Ministry leader in the fellowship hall after worship to purchase your book ”Discipleship: Training from the Master Disciple Maker.” Books are $10 each. The first session will  begin  the week of February 10 –15. For more information and session dates, visit www.davidchapel.org/dgroups.
  4. David Chapel will worship next Sunday, February 2nd at 10:30 a.m. as “Super Bowl Sunday.”  You’re encouraged to wear jeans and your favorite football team jersey and bring your victory towels. #TeamJesus #Victory
  5. SAVE THE DATE: The Women’s Enrichment Ministry Annual Kick-Off Event, Saturday, February 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the fellowship hall. The theme: “Making Dynamic Disciples.” The attire is “African or Red, Black, and Green.”
  6. “Where Scriptures Come Alive.” Join Pastor Parker in The Holy Land in 2021. The tour is February 23 – March 4, 2021. See the registration form and brochure available on the table in the foyer and on the church website for more information. Make your deposit today and set up a payment installment plan.
  7. Save the Date: Friday, April 24, 2020 for the upcoming Relay for Life / East Austin, and participating DC Walking Disciples. More information will be forthcoming.
