Support David Chapel’s annual participation in the Angel Tree Ministry. Angel Tree is a prison fellowship program that connects parents in prison with their children through the delivery of Christmas gifts.
Members can select a child from the Angel Tree on the following Sundays: November 18, November 25, and December 2 immediately after worship service in the Fellowship Hall.
David Chapel members purchase two gifts for each child: a clothing item and a fun gift. Each gift should cost between $15 and $20. All wrapped gifts must be returned to the Angel Tree Box in the Fellowship Hall by Sunday, December 9.
On Saturday, December 15, David Chapel will host a celebration where the children will receive their gifts and hear the good news of the Christmas season.
If you have any questions, please contact the Angel Tree Coordinators: Rev. Robert Tapscott (512-767-4667), Jakki Dozier (512 -310-8538) or Michelle Banks (512-350-4499). Please consider joining this important effort and show children that family ties are stronger than prison bars.
