- The Sunday School theme for the month of June is “God’s Story,” and the lesson for next Sunday, June 23, is “God Instructs His People.” Please join us in study at 9:30 am.
- Mission II sponsors a donation drive and supper to support Christian Hands Children’s Home in Kenya, Africa. This event will be Saturday, June 29, at 4 pm in the fellowship hall. Donations of shoes, socks, clothing, and underwear are requested. Missionary Martha Green will be the guest speaker. Please rsvp to Sis. Bessie Evans at 512-731-4925.
- Sunday, June 23, children and youth will celebrate the Student Ministry annual at 10:30 am., and Reverend Toddrick Johnson of Houston, TX as the guest preacher. All graduates will be honored during this service.
- The David Chapel Recreation Ministry wants persons interested in playing summer basketball and volleyball. If you are 16 or older, see Deacon Calvin Zanders. It’s not too late to join today.
- Join the DC Liturgical Dance Ministry for breakfast, Saturday, July 6, from 8-10 am at Applebee’s near Highway 183. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased in the fellowship hall after 10:30 am worship or from any Liturgical Dance Team member.
- Have you registered for Family Enrichment Week? Registration is open through July 7. The first five families to sign up will be given a prize. Teachers are needed, and you can sign up today in the fellowship hall.
- The church office will be closed Wednesday, June 19, for observance of Juneteenth.
