Building Use Request

If you need to reserve one of our rooms for a meeting or event, please fill out the form below.  Once receiving your request, the church office will follow up with you regarding approval.

 

**Special Note: For meetings and events that are not DC related, the following fees apply: $800.00 non-refundable user fee, $500 refundable security deposit., $150.00 custodial fee. Waiver of fees possible with special permission of Pastor and/or Trustees.
