- 1.You’re invited to attend Sunday school at 9:15 am. Next Sunday’s lesson is “Exalted Like no Other” The scripture passage is Ephesians 1:7-10, 18-23. All adult classes will study combined in the sanctuary.
- God works through you in beautiful ways. He gives you love and you bless others with your caring heart. DC we received a thank you card from Sis. Rosa Hill and Mary Brooks.
- DC High School graduating seniors! Pick up your scholarship application outside the office of Rev. Williams. Return the completed application no later than Sunday, April 19, to the Student Minister’s box.
- Please join us as we celebrate our 91st Church Anniversary on April 26th. We will have a luncheon immediately following morning worship service @ the Doubletree hotel . Tickets are $25 for Adult and $10 for children. There will be a representative in the fellowship hall after morning worship if you would like to purchase a ticket.
- The City of Austin is hosting a 2015 Career Expo on Tuesday, April 14th from noon to 5:00 pm at the Palmer Events Center.
- District 1 of the Austin City Council will be hosting a Town Hall meeting on April 18th from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm @ the Turner-Roberts Recreation Center. The discussion will be economic development East of Hwy 183. Everyone must be involved and help achieve the change that is needed in our district.
- Congratulations and thanks, David Chapel members! You have contributed$ 1970 to Relay for Life East Austin. There is still time to sign up as a survivor and/or to walk. Your contribution can help us exceed last year’s fundraising total of $ 2600.00. Let’s help finish the Fight against Cancer!
- DC It’s that time again! Join us for our annual church picnic hosted by the DCYA on Saturday, May 2nd form 1-4 pm. Each Ministry is ask to bring certain items.
