- You’re invited to attend Sunday school at 9:15 am. Next Sunday’s lesson is “God’s Promise of Victory” The scripture passage is Romans 8: 28-39.
- The Church Leadership Training has been rescheduled for Thursday, October 1st in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 pm. You are strongly encouraged to attend this very important meeting. Your attendance is appreciated.
- Are you interested in serving as a Bible study teacher or facilitator? Please sign up in the fellowship hall after worship today.
- Mark your calendar and save the date, we are going to celebrate Twenty-three years of service for Pastor Parker and his family. Special Events includes “Hats off to Sis. Parker” Brunch, Saturday, October 3rd at 10:00 am at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant @ at The Domain. Ladies where your fancy hats and pearls and come celebrate our First Lady. The cost is 15.00, and on October 10th T-Off with Pastor Parker at Top Golf at 10:00 am. The cost is 30 dollars that includes 2 hours of golf and brunch. Today is the last day to pay for Hats off and Sunday, Oct 4th is the last day to pay for Top Golf. There will be a representative in the Fellowship Hall if you would like to sign up and pay for the events.
- God has made you for a Purpose!!! Come join us on Saturday, Oct 3rd to take your Spiritual Gifts assessment and discover your best place of service at David Chapel. For more information, please see Cathleen Caldwell or Terrance Deary in the Fellowship Hall after worship service.
- Please come to the fellowship hall after morning service to sign up for the next offering from your DC Financial Ministry. We will be studying the book, 10 Steps to Financial Freedom. You will be blessed.
- Getting Started with Medicare! Jackie Dozier will present a workshop on Medicare on Saturday, October 10th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. This interactive workshop provides Medicare basics including Medicare options, eligibility, enrollment and your rights. It is designed for new Medicare recipients, caregivers, and anyone wanting information to make informed healthcare decisions. Please sign up in the Fellowship Hall after worship. This event is limited to 20 participants.
