- The Sunday School theme is Transformed: My Life in God’s Kingdom, and the lesson is “Transformed in My Possessions,” with Matthew 6:19-24 as the scripture. Combined adult classes will meet in the sanctuary. David Chapel members and guests are invited to join us in study each Sunday at 9:15 a.m.
- The Scholastic Book Fair will begin June 13 – June 16 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in room 7 A/B. Bring a friend and tell a teacher, that they can buy 2 books and get 1 free. Online purchases are available through July 1st. Checks and credit cards are accepted.
- Please join us for Family Enrichment Week June 13-16th. Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm. Bible classes will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please sign up in the fellowship hall.
- Get ready for our 10th Annual Louis White Celebration, at the Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex June 18, at 1:00 p.m. This program will examine the history of African Americans in Austin.
- The iAM Youth Ministry will be having small group Bible study beginning June 19th. The focus will be making disciples. Visit the publisher’s website at disciple6.com, for more information about the curriculum. Meeting dates, study topics, and fun activities will be posted on the David Chapel website. - David Chapel DIVAS are partnering with Family Eldercare to assist those in need of a fan to help provide some relief from the Texas heat. Fans and donations will be accepted each Sunday through June 26. All donations are tax deductible.
