
Executive Assistant to Senior Pastor
Diana L. Michael-Sonko, a native of Beaumont, Texas, has served as Administrative Assistant since July 2007, having worked elsewhere in similar positions for several previous years. In 1990, she received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Design/Drafting from the Lamar University Institute of Technology. In July 1999, she received an Administrative Assistant/Specialist Certificate from the Austin Business College.
As a David Chapel member since 1996, having committed her life to Christ at 12 years old, she currently serves as an usher, nursery worker, on the Culinary Committee, and the Soup Team. Diana is married to Mike Sonko and has one daughter, Kessiena Ofunrein, and two sons, Joseph and Christopher Michael.

Administrative Assistant
LaToya M. Sorrells started her God guided and provided journey at her church home, David Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Austin, Texas, Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Ms. Sorrells is a Colorado native. She attained an Associate degree of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Remington College of Denver in Lakewood, Colorado in July 2006. She is a God fearing, family oriented servant who is the mother of four beautiful blessings, Janasia, Ira, Jahpri, and Jehmari.
Ms. Sorrells moved to Austin in July 2014 to be closer to her maternal grandfather’s side of the family, the Medearis, Sorrells, and Nobles. She is humbly honored to be serving as the Administrative Assistant to David Chapel and looks forward to continuing to serve and do God’s will, God’s way, for God’s purpose.

Office Assistant
Landia Robinson, a native of East St. Louis, Il., gratefully began her service with David Chapel in September 2016. She retired in 2013 from State of Texas General Land Office. She has a B.S. Degree from Wiley College in Business Administration/Accounting.
Landia committed her life to Christ at the age of 9 and recommitted her life in 2011. She is grateful to be a humble servant of God. Landia believes her gift from God is service, her special quote is “Saved to Server”. As a member of Greater Mt. Zion B. C., she serves as a Deacon’s wife, COG leader, Invitation Care Team, New Member Ministry, Baptism Ministry, Greater Hope ministry. A member of NAMI and volunteer at ADRN as needed. She is married to Dexter Robinson and they have three children, DeMarkio Ward, Joyce Robinson and Ashley Robinson and one granddaughter, Taylor Stroud.
