Rev. Bernadine Davis, D. Min., a native of Marksville, Louisiana, serves as the Minister of Adult Discipleship and Spiritual Formation and provides staff support to church financial operations. Rev. Davis has served as a Christian education teacher, women’s enrichment ministry board member, member of the finance committee and has served as vice-president and president of the single adults’ ministry, and vice-president of Mission II.
Prior to entering ministry fulltime, Rev. Davis was employed by the City of Austin as a Budgeting and Accounting Manager, from which she has now retired. She graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a B.A. in Business Administration, and received a Master of Divinity from the George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University in December 2007, where the faculty selected her as the Outstanding Female Graduate of her class.
She was licensed by David Chapel to preach in 2001. Rev. Davis has a son, Quincy, a daughter in-law, Courtney and a grandson, Steven.
